Job Summary:



The Sales Staff is responsible for promoting and selling FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit assigned retail outlets daily and take product orders Promote company FMCG products(Chocolates & Jellies) and schemes to retailers Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability at outlets Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Collect payments as per company policy and follow up on outstanding dues Monitor competitor activities and market trends Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports Coordinate with teams for timely delivery

Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and negotiation skills Good customer relationship management Basic knowledge of FMCG sales and market dynamics Familiarity with mobile apps or basic sales reporting tools

Qualifications:



Minimum: SSC / Plus Two / Any Degree preferred Experience: 1-2 years in FMCG sales

Other Requirements:



Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,888.90 - ?32,744.25 per month
