products. The role involves distributor management, retail execution, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand outlet coverage
Ensure product availability and visibility in market
Manage distributor performance and collections
Execute trade schemes and collect market feedback
Requirements:
Graduate with 1-3 years of FMCG sales experience (preferably food/spices)
Good communication & negotiation skills
Strong market knowledge and field discipline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
