Qualification
HSC / Graduate (Any stream)
MBA / Finance background preferred but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, etc.
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process to customers
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement
Follow up with customers to ensure timely closure of cases
Maintain customer records, MIS, and daily sales reports
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of loan products (training will be provided)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to build customer relationships
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM preferred
