Job Summary:
Responsible for driving B2B sales across the Vidarbha region through consistent client visits, relationship management, and business development activities. The role requires frequent travel (15-20 days per month) to meet clients, distributors, and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B customers in the assigned territory.
Manage existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and market intelligence.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
1-2 years of B2B sales experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month across Vidarbha.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
