Convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns into qualified opportunities and revenue
Identify, visit, and engage active construction sites, including:
o Villas & independent houses
o Apartment projects
o Renovation projects
o Resorts & hospitality developments
Pitch and sell Webuild Solutions, Interior works, Developer services, and White Brick services
Understand project requirements and prepare proposals in coordination with technical and estimation teams
Build and maintain a strong network of contractors, engineers, site supervisors, and consultants
Generate new leads through referrals and manage incentive / referral programs for contractor & engineer partners
Conduct regular site follow-ups to move opportunities from enquiry to closure
Maintain and update CRM daily with leads, site visits, proposals, and deal status
Coordinate internally to ensure timely proposals, technical clarifications, and order execution
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to pipeline growth
