Act as the primary point of contact for customers
Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, CP/Broker networks, digital inquiries, events and campaigns
Actively build and manage Channel Partner (CP) / Broker relationships to drive incremental leads
Conduct property site visits and present apartment and villa offerings in a professional, consultative manner
Coordinate and facilitate price negotiations and deal closures between property owners and prospects
Provide customer guidance on pricing, documentation, payment milestones, and transaction processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, inventory, site visits, and closures in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of listings and completion of transactions
Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure strong post-visit follow-up
Achieve monthly sales targets, closure goals, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
