RESPONSIBILITIES:
He should achieve his sales turnover and collection targets from his assigned district.
He should be willing to tour and visit existing retail & wholesale paint shops individually.
He should appoint new dealers and achieve new business target from his district.
He should develop a rapport with the painters associated with the dealer counter and motivate them to canvass secondary and project sales for our products.
He should provide after sales support to the end customer, based on a query from the dealer.
