About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the Kollam region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare daily sales and activity reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
Experience in sales or business development preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willingness to travel within Kollam
