About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Territory Sales Executive to manage distributor networks and support market growth in Trivandrum region. The role involves managing secondary sales, developing new outlets, and ensuring sales and collection targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage distributors and sales representatives within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Expand distribution network and identify new outlets
Train and support distributor sales teams
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel
