We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy and has strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
Conduct consultations and presentations to educate customers about solar energy solutions.
Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and field marketing.
Prepare and present customized solar proposals based on customer needs and energy usage.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, incentives, and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (solar industry preferred, but not required).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and persuasive way.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
