Qualifications/Skills Basic: - Bachelor's degree. - At least 1 year of experience in field sales or territory management. - Valid driver's license. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred: - Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Strong listening and communication skills to engage healthcare professionals. - Ability to interpret data and apply insights strategically. - High learning agility and business acumen. - Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
