At Benaka Healthcare, we design and deliver turnkey hospital projects and supply essential medical equipment. We are looking for a sales executive who is sincere, solution-oriented, and comfortable engaging with decision-makers in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and healthcare groups for equipment and turnkey project opportunities
Build long-term, respectful relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
Present suitable solutions aligned with client requirements and project scope
Coordinate with internal teams (design, planning, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery
Handle quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clarity and professionalism
Track competitor activity and market trends
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions
Support exhibitions, demos, and client presentations
Meet assigned sales targets consistently and ethically
Requirements:
Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Prior experience in healthcare or infrastructure sales preferred
Willingness to travel as needed
