Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Territory Sales Executive (TSE)
to manage sales, distribution, and visibility in the
off-trade/general trade market
in Dhanbad. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding outlet coverage, and ensuring strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets in the assigned territory.
Manage relationships with distributors, stockists, and retailers.
Expand retail footprint by adding new outlets and ensuring product availability.
Ensure visibility and placement of Proost Beer at POS (point of sale).
Coordinate and execute trade promotions, schemes, and activations.
Track competitor activities and provide insights for market strategy.
Manage inventory, demand forecasting, and credit control with distributors.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, coverage, and execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of sales experience,
strictly in the Alco-Bev / liquor domain
.
Prior experience in Jharkhand market (Dhanbad preferred).
Strong knowledge of general/off-trade distribution and retail operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively in the region.
