Implement the trade schemes / Incentives and promotions in the respective beat
Follow-up with VSM / channel partner to ensure the order is delivered within 24 hours and review cancellations / part-deliveries and other issues
Ensure FIFO at the channel partner point / VSM and freshness of stock in the market
Reporting and market performance & fill all sales data in the DSR
Calculate the daily S&D KPIs (productivity, LPSC, TLSD, bill value/Drop Size) and drive improvement on a continuous basis
Arrive at HUB / channel partner point by 6.00 AM, check stock availability, and finalize the objective for the day (secondary sales, merchandising, outlet expansion)
Visit all outlets as per the beat plan and follow the steps of the call
Work regularly (in a supervisory role) in the shared DSM markets to generate secondary sales and merchandise
Identify market issues and resolve them in discussion with Line Manager,
Required Submit travel and other expenses, if any on time
Ensure stock and sales statement is maintained accurately by the VSM / channel partner
Review performance with the Line Manager on a weekly basis and identify a course of correction measures
Conduct EDS and identify outlets to be added in Bizom for effective coverage & Agree on the inclusion of the outlets in the regular beat
