The Role: Performance-Driven Sales Executive (Surat)

GuestRAR is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is a

target-based, field-intensive role

focused on aggressively expanding our presence across all property segments in the designated territory.

We are looking for individuals who thrive on performance, understand the local market, and are committed to meeting ambitious sales goals. Due to the nature of our clientele (especially residential societies and hospitals),

flexibility is essential

, and candidates must be prepared to conduct on-site presentations and close deals often during

evenings and weekends

.

Key Responsibilities

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisitions within the Mumbai region.

Full Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and cold calling to product demonstration, negotiation, and final contract signing.

Cross-Sector Penetration:

Actively target and develop new business relationships across all four core sectors: Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Corporate.

Field Engagement:

Conduct frequent, professional on-site meetings and product demonstrations to property management teams, society boards, and key decision-makers.

Weekend Readiness:

Maintain availability to meet residential clients and society committee members, who often require weekend appointments for demonstrations and sign-offs.

Market Intelligence:

Gather market feedback, competition data, and property requirements to help refine the GuestRAR product offering and sales strategy.

CRM Management:

Accurately track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communication using our internal CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B or B2C field sales, ideally within SaaS, security systems, automation, or software solutions.

Performance Mindset:

Documented history of achieving sales targets or operating successfully in a target-based commission environment.

Local Knowledge:

Deep familiarity with the geography, culture, and business decision-making processes in Mumbai.

Communication:

Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (proficiency in Marathi is a strong advantage).

Work Ethic:

Highly disciplined, self-starter who can manage their own schedule and is comfortable with frequent travel within the Mumbai metropolitan area, including mandatory weekend work when required by clients.
Compensation and Benefits

GuestRAR believes in rewarding high performance.

Fixed Salary:

?15,000 - ?45,000 per month (commensurate with experience and proven track record).

Incentives:

Highly attractive, uncapped incentive structure based directly on sales performance and target achievement.

Support:

Allowance for business travel and communication expenses.
