Salary Range: ₹14,000 to ?20,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)

We are hiring a Territory Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of total sales experience, including 3+ years of core PVC pipe industry experience is most suitble for this role. The ideal candidate must be capable of devlop business, building distribution channels, and achieving high-value sales targets in the plumbing and construction segment.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle and mentor a team of Sales Executives / Field Staff.
Develop dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.
Drive sales of PVC Pipes and allied products through B2B & channel sales.
Conduct regular field visits for client acquisition and retention.
Deliver product demos and technical support to clients.
Track team performance and provide strategic direction.
Achieve team sales targets and report to management.
Maintain market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Required Candidate Profile
:
Minimum 2 years of total sales experience.
At least 1 years of experience in PVC Pipe or Building Materials sales is mandatory.
Experience in team handling is required.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor network in the plumbing or construction segment.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
