With a strong presence in both online and offline markets, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to strengthen our on-ground retail and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:



Execute daily field visits to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and salon partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Generate new leads, expand the customer base, and increase product penetration. Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement in retail stores. Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for order processing, scheme implementation, and promotional activities. Collect and report competitor information, market trends, and customer feedback. Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve order-related issues.

Key Requirements:



2 to 4 years of

field sales experience

in the

FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetic, or Personal Care

industry. Strong understanding of retail sales, distribution channels, and market coverage. Goal-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.


Preferred Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Experience in launching new products is a plus
