Responsible for the Annual and Quarterly Revenue targets within territory
Responsible for achieving market share objectives
Responsible for executing new product launches as per plan
Responsible for executing and reporting quarterly sales campaigns
Gather market intelligence information relating to competition, pricing, product offerings and market share
To plan Daily calls in line with the company guidelines and update the same on a daily basis. Daily update to be done in the company's Field Force Reporting (FFR) Software. Ensure full input of all data in FFR
To monitor and manage small hospitals, nursing homes and channel network and ensure effective services to all clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone
Analyze Channel Stock Movement based on the secondary sales and have a complete control on channel inventory.
Focus on Traditional Channels to build last mile delivery by creating a network of sub distributor network to expand reach and coverage
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the sales objectives are met. Also ensure that the various marketing activities are executed as per expectations.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Management from time to time
