The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing EV dealer relationships, sourcing loan applications, and ensuring smooth coordination between dealers, customers, and internal teams. This is a high-impact field role focused on loan sourcing, dealer engagement, and achieving monthly disbursement targets within the electric vehicle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Network Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with EV dealers across 2W, 3W, 4W, and fleet segments within the assigned territory
Onboard new dealers and educate them on EVRise Finance loan products and processes
Act as the single point of contact for dealers for all loan-related support and queries
Loan Sourcing & Application Handling
Generate loan leads through dealer networks and direct customer interactions
Collect and verify complete loan documentation including KYC, vehicle details, and income proofs
Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications before submission to internal teams
Coordination & Follow-ups
Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for timely case processing
Regularly follow up with dealers and customers to close pending cases
Track application status and ensure smooth and timely loan disbursements
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly targets related to loan sourcing, approvals, and disbursements
Promote EVRise Finance loan schemes, offers, and updates to dealers
Share market insights on competitor activity, pricing trends, and dealer expectations
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and lending guidelines
Submit daily and weekly field activity reports and MIS to the reporting manager

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Graduate / Diploma / MBA preferred (not mandatory)
Experience
1-3 years of experience in NBFCs, vehicle finance, or dealer sales roles
Freshers with strong field sales orientation and willingness to learn may also be considered
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build and sustain long-term dealer relationships
Basic understanding of vehicle loans and documentation processes
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel
Proficient in smartphone usage for applications, WhatsApp communication, and basic reporting
