Job Title: Territory Sales Executive - Delhi NCR

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose

The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring effective brand presence in the Delhi NCR market. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with channel partners, architects, contractors, and retailers, while promoting premium bathroom fittings and sanitaryware products.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Growth & Achievement

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

- Drive sales through dealers, distributors, retailers, and new accounts.

- Market Development

- Expand the distribution network and onboard new dealers & channel partners.

- Identify and develop relationships with key influencers such as architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

- Retail & Channel Management

- Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at dealer/retail outlets.

- Monitor stock availability, payment cycles, and credit management with partners.

- Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular interactions with trade partners to understand demand and competition.

- Provide technical/product support and conduct product demos when required.

- Reporting & Analysis

- Track competitor activities in the region and provide timely feedback to management.

- Maintain sales data, visit reports, and pipeline updates through CRM / regular reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in channel sales / dealer management (preferably building materials, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, tiles, or hardware sector).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Market knowledge of Delhi NCR region and local dealer network.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

- Comfortable with field sales and frequent market visits.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 2-5 years of sales experience in bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, tiles, building materials, or FMCG durable sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
