About the Role



British Columbia College of Management is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Territory Sales Executive

to join our growing team. This remote position is open to local candidates from specified regions. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by building and nurturing consultant relationships, identifying business opportunities, and expanding our reach within your assigned geographical area.

Target:



30 admissions per month (domestic) 12 international admissions per month through consultant tie-ups

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business leads within the assigned territory.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, with a special focus on educational consultants.

Sales Process:

Conduct product demonstrations, deliver presentations, and close sales effectively.

Territory Management:

Strategically manage and expand the sales territory to achieve revenue and admissions targets.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts; report regularly to the CEO.

Market Knowledge:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the EdTech and education sectors.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to align on sales strategies and optimize outcomes.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with our educational offerings.

Sales Targets:

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and international admissions targets.

Requirements



Sales Expertise:

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience or familiarity with the EdTech sector is an advantage.

Motivation:

Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Professional Experience:

2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or EdTech sales preferred. Previous field sales experience is highly desirable.

Adaptability:

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation



Salary:

?25,000 per month

Incentives:

?5,000 per month based on achieving targets

Probation Period:

3 months

Performance Review:

Salary and incentives are negotiable based on performance after probation.
