Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Distribution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Focus on expanding market reach and boosting customer acquisition.
Channel Sales:
Manage and optimize relationships with channel partners and distributors. Ensure effective communication and execution of sales strategies through these channels.
Customer Engagement:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Address any customer issues promptly and effectively.
Market Analysis:
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Adjust sales strategies based on insights gathered.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on sales performance regularly, offering insights and recommendations to enhance results.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Participate in promotional activities and initiatives to drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years in Sales & Marketing, particularly within the Banking or Payments Bank industry.
Skills:
Expertise in sales and distribution.
Proven experience in channel sales management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
