Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for spices/masala products
Appoint new distributors and expand retail reach in the assigned area
Develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at outlets
Execute secondary sales and collect market orders from retailers
Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and reduce out-of-stock situations
Implement trade schemes, promotions, and new product launches effectively
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from distributors
Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with seniors
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum
1-3 years
experience in FMCG sales (preferably spices/food products)
Strong understanding of distributor & retail sales model
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in field sales
Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills
