Identify, recruit and On-Board new Channel partner within assigned territory. \xc2\xb7 Manage Sales activities of Partners to generate revenue. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. \xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements. \xc2\xb7 Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary service offered. \xc2\xb7 Address partners related issues, sales conflict, and pricing issues in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Manage Sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business. \xc2\xb7 Stay current with latest developments in the market place and competitor activities. \xc2\xb7 Communicate up to date information about new products and enhancements to partners. \xc2\xb7 Develop Process improvements to optimize partner management activities. \xc2\xb7 Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations and pricing. \xc2\xb7 Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences. \xc2\xb7 Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
