Role Summary:
The
Territory Sales Executive - B2B
will be responsible for identifying potential business clients (schools, corporates, gyms, academies, etc.), pitching product solutions, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory-specific B2B sales plans
Identify and onboard new institutional clients and bulk buyers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, pricing, and support
Report daily/weekly sales activity and pipeline status
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends
Ensure timely collection of payments from B2B clients within the agreed credit period of 15 to 30 days.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all B2B client transactions and credit arrangements.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, apparel, sports, fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods
B2B experience from service sectors like hospitality or software may also be considered
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Freshers: Considered only if they demonstrate exceptional communication, drive, and learning attitude
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent follow-up discipline and client relationship management
Market and product understanding in sports or fashion segment is a plus
Target-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to fieldwork
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a performance-driven environment
