Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard
dealers, distributors, and channel partners
across AP/Telangana.
Drive sales of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related solar solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, EPC players, and institutional clients.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and execute territory-wise sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Conduct market visits and competitor analysis for better penetration.
Manage pricing, negotiations, and order closures.
Provide product demos, training, and technical clarifications to customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, dispatch, and after-sales support.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Key Requirements
Mandatory solar industry experience
(minimum 2-5 years).
Preferred background:
Waaree, Eastman, UTL, Luminous
, or other reputed solar brands.
Strong network with channel partners, distributors, and solar retailers.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively within AP/Telangana.
Basic technical understanding of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries).
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or technical background is a plus).
Minimum 2-7 years of relevant solar sales experience.
