About the Role
The Territory Manager -SEPL is responsible for sourcing and managing loan business through Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), Liability Branches, Connectors and existing channel partners. The role focuses on building a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role holder is expected to lead a team, maintain strong market relationships, and drive business growth in a sales-supportive yet risk-conscious manner, contributing to the broader objectives of the bank's retail lending business.
