Role/Job Title: Territory Manager-Personal Loan (DSA)
Function/ Department: Personal Loan
Roles & Responsibilities:
'o Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them

• Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations and current market trends

• Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service

• Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
'o Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity

• Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically

• Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets.

Education Qualification:
Graduation:- Any graduate
Experience: 5-10 Years of relevant experience.
