About the Role
The Territory Manager - Personal Loan (DSA) is responsible for sourcing and managing Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channels across multiple locations to drive personal loan business. This pan-India role focuses on acquiring quality business, minimizing delinquencies, and delivering high standards of customer service. The Territory Manager plays a strategic role in identifying market trends, developing new channels, and contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Retail Banking division.
