IDFC FIRST Bank is a leading financial institution in India, committed to providing innovative and customer-centric banking solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager-Cross Sell (Home Loans) in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
As a Territory Manager-Cross Sell (Home Loans), you will be responsible for driving the sales of home loans through cross-selling to existing customers. You will be a key member of our Retail Banking team, working closely with the Home Loans and Sales departments to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers within the existing customer base and cross-sell home loans to them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable home loan products
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting home loans and providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the Home Loans and Sales teams to develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on home loans and cross-selling
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
