Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager-Car Loans to join our Retail Banking team at IDFC FIRST Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of pre-owned car loans in Mumbai and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the bank's market share in the pre-owned car loan segment
- Identify potential customers and build relationships with car dealers, brokers, and other referral sources
- Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the pre-owned car market
- Evaluate loan applications and ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans
- Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to minimize delinquencies and defaults
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to cross-sell other banking products and services
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in car loan sales, preferably in the pre-owned car segment
- Strong knowledge of the pre-owned car market in Mumbai
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
