Job Title: Territory Manager
Experience: 4-9 years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory); MBA preferred
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday as mandatory working days. One weekly off will be provided between Monday and Friday.
We are hiring a Territory Manager for our client which is one of India's leading internet companies to drive territory growth and lead a high-impact sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large sales team of 35+ members, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers

• Own territory performance with end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth and P&L

• Define and execute sales strategies to drive business expansion and profitability

• Track and improve performance using best-in-class sales and service metrics

• Build a culture of ownership, customer focus, and strong ethics

Requirements

• 4-9 years of experience in sales / inside sales with a strong revenue track record

• 4+ years of leadership experience managing large sales teams (30+ members)

• Proven ownership of P&L, sales strategy, and process optimization

• Ability to thrive and deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Strong communication, analytical, and people leadership skills
