Opportunity -
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in your assigned territory through strategic planning and proactive promotion of educational products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Identifying new business opportunities and planning product promotions.
Driving retention and growth of market share.
Aggressively promoting educational titles in schools within your designated area.
Providing value-added services such as workshops and educational activities.
Ensuring timely collections and implementing market plans effectively.
Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
Managing accounts and tracking monthly collection budgets.
Your contribution will directly impact the organization's ability to deliver quality educational resources and strengthen its presence in the school education sector.
About You
Essential Criteria:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
In-depth market knowledge of the assigned territory.
Solution-centric sales skills with exposure to digital platforms.
Understanding of school education, its environment, structure, and key challenges.
