. The candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment, conducting field activities, building institutional relationships, and supporting center performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow student admissions across assigned Punjab districts.
Conduct field visits, seminars, and outreach activities in schools, colleges, and communities.
Generate leads through local networking, career counselling events, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, institutes, and franchise centers.
Support franchise centers in achieving monthly marketing and revenue generation targets.
Identify new market opportunities and plan territory-wise sales strategies.
Track daily/weekly MIS, visit reports, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, branding activities, and center requirements.
Ensure strong brand presence of NFCI across the Punjab region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any field; MBA preferred (Marketing)
Must know Punjabi language
(speaking, understanding & local communication).
5-6 years of hands-on experience in marketing activities and strategy planning to meet business targets.
. Strong networking skills within Punjab region.
. Ability to manage multiple locations and travel regularly.
. Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
