  • Manage team of Sales managers and Sales officers \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact regularly with Sales Managers to set targets & achieve required sales for cross sell Business \xe2\x80\xa2 Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation & selling skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor team performance on regular basis, Identify areas of improvements \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor Sales managers to help them achieve and improve team performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Training for competence development of Territory Managers/Sales Managers \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving Sales Processes to achieve and exceed performance targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide necessary support to sales team in achieving their targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Involves travelling as per demands of job \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.e. o Contributed Value\xe2\x80\xa6.Volumes / Profitability / Expenses / Losses o Employee Retention o Employee Productivity o Customer experience o Managing Incentive Schemes \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with AM\xe2\x80\x99s/ZM to formulate and implement strategies for performance improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather and analyze market intelligence. Provide inputs to improve product offerings. Build effective plans to improve sales operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Build , monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process \xe2\x80\xa2 High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm \xe2\x80\xa2 Should demonstrate good analytical & organization skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, Ability to influence and motivate team
