Achieve sales targets and market share objectives for fertilizers and related agri-inputs in the assigned territory
Develop and manage relationships with agri-dealers, distributors, and key retailers
Conduct farmer meetings, field demos, and promotional campaigns to build product awareness
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline
Provide technical support and product training to channel partners and farmers
Regular reporting on sales performance, territory insights, and forecasting
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or related field (MBA/PG in Agri Marketing is a plus)
3-5 years of experience in fertilizer/agri-input sales and territory management
Strong knowledge of local agri markets, cropping patterns, and customer behavior
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Proficiency in regional language(s) is an advantage.
