As a

Territory Manager (Diabetes Care)

based in

Bangalore

, you will be a key member of our commercial team, playing a vital role in expanding access to Roche's diagnostic solutions. You will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, driving secondary sales, and implementing impactful field-based promotional activities to ensure sustainable growth in your territory.

Your Opportunity

You will provide market intelligence including demand estimation, competitor activity, and category performance to support commercial planning. You will coordinate with Area Sales Managers to plan inventory requirements at distributor level and propose monthly sales promotions and field activation initiatives. You will execute sales promotion plans effectively, track promotional spend, and report on sales outcomes linked to each initiative. You will evaluate the performance of the existing distribution network, recommend the appointment of new distributors or discontinuation of underperforming ones, and support them through continuous engagement and resolution of business concerns. You will collaborate with the Customer Care team to escalate and resolve customer/distributor complaints and ensure timely communication on issues related to accounts, pricing, demand generation, or competition. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining daily customer visit records, and ensuring timely collections through follow-ups.

Who You Are

You hold a

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field. You bring a minimum of

3

years of experience in sales

, preferably in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. You are a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong understanding of field sales operations and customer engagement. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You are comfortable working independently in a dynamic, field-based environment and are committed to delivering on commercial goals. You are based in or willing to relocate to

Bangalore

, with the flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
