Job Role:




Manage team of Sales managers and Sales officers.

Interact regularly with Sales Managers to set targets achieve required sales for cross sell.

Business Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation selling skills.

Monitor team performance on regular basis.

Identify areas of improvements.

Mentor Sales managers to help them achieve and improve team performance.

Training for competence development of Territory Managers/Sales Managers.

Driving Sales Processes to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Provide necessary support to sales team in achieving their targets.

Involves travelling as per demands of job.

Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time.

To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches.

Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.e. Contributed Value....Volumes / Profitability / Expenses/ Losses/ Employee Retention/ Employee Productivity/ Customer experience/ Managing Incentive Schemes.


Key Responsibilities:





Work with AM's/ZM to formulate and implement strategies for performance improvement.

Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration.

Gather and analyze market intelligence.

Provide inputs to improve product offerings.

Build effective plans to improve sales operations Build , monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans.

Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process.
