Territory Manager - Auto Manufacturing - 3+ Years - LudhianaLocation - LudhianaWe are hiring for a Territory Manager - Sales (E3 Level) for a leading tyre manufacturing company. This is a critical field role responsible for managing dealer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, handling collections, and executing demand generation and customer engagement initiatives in an assigned territory.Your Future Employer -

  • Ensuring monthly dealer deposit rotation, tracking RAS against sales, and managing profitability with zero price breaks
  • Expanding the dealer network and reducing attrition in line with organizational plans
  • Driving demand generation activities, executing campaigns as per schedule without deviation
  • Handling payment collections, grievance resolution, and coordinating with after-sales service and technical teams
  • Sharing trade scheme updates and product information with dealers and customers
  • Conducting market intelligence on competitor activity and market trends
  • Organizing customer engagement programs and product awareness events
  • Generating sales MIS and performance reports regularly
  • Ensuring strict compliance with company guidelines on sales and commercial practices
Requirements - * MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field
  • Understanding of sales systems, dealer management, and market assessment techniques
  • Knowledge of product positioning, promotional activities, and brand building
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking, planning, and communication
  • Demonstrated strength in channel management, customer focus, and territory development
