Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and value-based solutions.
Technical Expertise
Provide technical guidance on lubrication systems and tribology applications.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical workshops for customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Solution Design
Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored lubrication solutions.
Collaborate with R&D and product teams for customized offerings.
Negotiation & Contract Management
Handle pricing discussions, proposals, and contractual agreements.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales forecasts.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or automotive engineering (with an additional MBA in marketing preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical sales, preferably in industrial products or lubrication solutions.
Core Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability in consultative selling and solution-based approach.
Negotiation and closing expertise.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of language like English, Tamil (required) and Hindi (preferred)
Technical Knowledge:
Lubrication systems, tribology, and mechanical components.
Familiarity with industrial applications and maintenance practices.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
Behavioral Traits: Customer-centric mindset, adaptability, resilience, and willingness to travel extensively.
