Provide continuous support to improve franchisee performance
Conduct monthly review sessions and collect feedback
4. Training and Support
Provide product training and platform training to new franchisees
Conduct regular field visits to support operations and business growth
5. Sales and Revenue Growth
Achieve franchise acquisition and sales targets
Track franchisee sales performance and provide improvement plans
Support local marketing and promotional activities
