The company offers salary, daily allowance & incentives along with PF, ESIC, etc. Key responsibilities: 1. Make doctor calls to promote pharma products & conduct camps/activities 2. Work on chemist orders 3. Achieve sales & camp targets for the assigned region. 4. Ensure the requirements of doctor & chemist coverage and call average are met. 5. Handle and manage distributors & KPI 6. Get trained, develop knowledge and skills of territory executive & build competencies 7. Profile towns and customers to improve the productivity of territories 8. Promote the brand & maintain high ethical values in the marketplace 9. Analyse work reports and take follow-up action
