Success

A Customer Success Territory Lead is a strategic and supportive SPOC for your customers at

every stage of the process. Theyre focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client

retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and coordinating

with external and internal stakeholders in order to make a smooth process.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and sustaining trust relationship with the portfolio of major clients.

• Addressing and resolving key clients complaints

• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing

solutions that meet their objectives and bring them new business.

• Ensuring the growth of partner by mapping more and more customers that bring

business to them.

• Add more and more customers to Repos ecosystem who can order HSD

through Repos application.

• Be responsible for the volume of HSD (High speed Diesel) ordered through mobile

application
