Job Description

1. Territory Ownership and Coverage

Take complete ownership of the assigned territory Ensure maximum market coverage within the territory Plan daily routes and field activities for effective coverage Identify high potential pockets such as societies, offices, markets and corporates

2. Credit Card Sales Performance

Sell credit cards of multiple banks including HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and others Achieve territory-wise daily, weekly and monthly sales targets Maintain card-wise and bank-wise performance balance Focus on approvals and quality sourcing

3. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition

Generate self sourced leads through open market activities Build local referral network within the territory Convert walk-in and reference leads into approved credit cards

4. Customer Relationship Management

Build long term relationships with customers in the territory Handle customer queries related to product features and application status Generate repeat referrals through satisfied customers

5. Documentation and Compliance

Collect and verify KYC and income documents as per bank guidelines Ensure zero fake, incomplete or non-compliant documentation Follow DSA, bank and RBI compliance standards

6. Follow Ups and Case Tracking

Follow up with customers for pending documents or verification Track application status until approval or rejection Coordinate with operations team to resolve case issues

7. Field Discipline and Reporting

Maintain daily field activity discipline Submit daily sales and activity MIS Update CRM or trackers accurately and on time

8. Market Intelligence and Feedback

Collect competitor information from the territory Share customer feedback and market trends with management Identify opportunities for improving territory performance

9. Brand Representation and Ethics

Represent company and bank brand professionally in the territory Maintain ethical selling and avoid mis-selling Protect brand reputation at all times
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
