Job Description

1. Fixed Deposit (FD) Management:



Promote and manage fixed deposit schemes to increase the overall deposit base. Develop strategies to attract new investors and retain existing customers. Ensure timely renewal and payout of matured FDs. Maintain accurate customer and deposit records in coordination with the finance department.

2. Sales & Business Development:



Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales. Work with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns for FD and other financial products.

3. Customer Relationship Management:



Provide excellent post-sale service and build long-term client relationships. Resolve customer queries related to deposits, returns, and related services. Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance brand trust.

4. Reporting & Analysis:



Prepare periodic sales and FD performance reports. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest new strategies. Provide feedback to management for improving sales and service delivery.

5. Compliance & Coordination:



Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and company policies. Coordinate with finance, audit, and operations teams for smooth functioning. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of customer information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
