Role Overview:
The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will play a pivotal role in expanding Sajre Edutech's reach at the district level. The TBM will lead the local execution of the SAJRE National Art Summit (SAJRE-NAS), managing operations, outreach, and performance across assigned territories.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about education, youth engagement, and creative learning. The TBM will be responsible for driving enrollments, building relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and art institutions, and ensuring strong coordination with regional and zonal leadership teams.
TBMs are expected to represent Sajre Edutech with integrity, vision, and professionalism while achieving the set business goals and maintaining the company's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote the SAJRE National Art Summit (SAJRE-NAS) in schools, colleges, and art institutions across the assigned district.
Build partnerships with educational organisations, NGOs, and local stakeholders to expand participation.
Achieve enrollment and revenue targets as assigned by the Zonal Business Manager (ZBM).
Conduct field visits, awareness drives, and promotional campaigns to generate awareness about SAJRE-NAS.
Manage field sales executives and local representatives within the district.
Organise and conduct school-level presentations, meetings, and art awareness sessions.
Maintain records of outreach, performance, and daily reporting in coordination with the ZBM.
Ensure proper use of digital registration platforms and payment channels for enrollments.
Support the district's semi-final and final-level event execution in coordination with the operations team.
Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and performance feedback to senior management.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven professional with a passion for education, creativity, and youth development. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to manage educational networks effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
1-3 years of experience in Sales, Education Sales, Edutech Sales, E-Learning Sales and School Sales.
Proven track record in achieving sales or enrollment targets.
Strong leadership qualities and team management experience.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language preferred.
Ability to travel within the assigned district and occasionally across regions.
