Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Account Manager at NoBrokerHood, located in Bengaluru. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring successful onboarding, resolving technical issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing data to improve performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, and providing guidance to support the adoption of NoBrokerHood technologies. The TAM will also identify upselling opportunities to enhance the customer experience and enable a seamless integration of NoBrokerHood's services.

Qualifications



Expertise in technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer support Should have good Communication Skills in English and Hindi. Account management, client handling, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders Strong understanding of project management principles and tools Analytical skills to derive insights from data and suggest process improvements Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities Prior experience in SaaS, PropTech, or related industries is an advantage Understanding of data privacy and security frameworks like GDPR is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred
