Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage agricultural operations within the assigned territory. Supervise and support a team of Agriculture Officers and Field Executives. Plan and implement business strategies to achieve sales and productivity targets. Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and ensure execution of company plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and channel partners. Coordinate with senior management for sales planning, budgeting, and target achievement. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and adherence to company policies. Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product training programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture (Diploma in Agriculture with relevant experience may be considered).

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

in Agri Field Operations / Sales / Team Handling.

Gender:

Male candidates only.

Preferred Location:

Candidates residing within Tamil Nadu or nearby districts.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Deep understanding of agricultural products, markets, and distribution networks. Proficient in reporting, target monitoring, and field coordination. Fluency in Tamil and working knowledge of English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Reporting tools).
