Job Title: Tendering Officer (Electrical & Electronics)

We are looking for a Tendering Officer with strong experience in handling government tender documentation, vendor registration, and product empanel procedures. The ideal candidate will manage the entire tendering process from document preparation to submission and follow-up with various government departments and PSUs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit government and PSU tender documents as per specifications.

Handle vendor enlistment and product empanel procedures with various departments.

Study tender notifications, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial data collection.

Maintain and update tender status, documentation, and submission records.

Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, and tender follow-ups.

Ensure timely submission of tenders with full compliance to requirements.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tender preparation / government tender management.

Strong knowledge of GeM portal, e-tendering platforms, and vendor registration systems.

Proficiency in MS Office and document handling.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in working with government or PSU projects.

Familiar with documentation standards, price bidding, and technical proposal preparation.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
