Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tendering Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tenders, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit tenders, bids, and proposals for interior fit-out projects. Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimations. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for rate analysis, quotations, and negotiations. Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability. Conduct risk analysis and propose value engineering solutions to optimize project costs. Collaborate with the project and execution teams for technical clarifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials, vendors, and industry trends. Track and manage tender submissions, clarifications, and client negotiations. Prepare final commercial and technical proposals for submission.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture (or a related field). Experience: Minimum 5 years in tendering & estimation within interior fit-out projects. Technical Knowledge: Interior materials, finishes, and construction methods. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Core Skills: Strong analytical and cost estimation skills. Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities. Effective communication and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
